At VERIO Coffee Roasters we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Refunds:

•⁠  ⁠To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
•⁠  ⁠The product must be in its original packaging, with all seals intact.

How to Request a Refund:

•⁠  ⁠To initiate a refund, please contact us at info@verioroasters.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
•⁠  ⁠Provide your order number and the reason for your refund request.

Processing Your Refund:

•⁠  ⁠Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets the above conditions, we will process your refund.
•⁠  ⁠Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
•⁠  ⁠Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exceptions:

•⁠  ⁠Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for a refund.
•⁠  ⁠Refund requests made after 30 days from the delivery date may not be accepted.
